WHAT ARE THESE?! 9x booster packs with EPIC HIS (Series 9?) SECRET RARE!!!!

Here we have a set of pokeballs that until I opened them, I had no idea what was in there, I just saw them on the self and had to have them, I know they've been out for awhile, but never seen them in real life so never thought about them. In this video I open the Pokeball, great ball and ultra ball, I think they're series 9 but not sure, if you can tell let me know in the comments.

Congrats on some nice pulls.
I doubt you can pull PSA 10s from these Pokeballs. This is the worst packing for the corners. Most of them are pretty beat up. Not the best form for keeping sealed long term.
