Nice home. Really love the backyard/pool/ covered patio area! Very spacious interior and generous storage and built-ins!! Now, the kitchen island with build in seating - not too impactful. Not for a kitchen!! Overall, wonderful home. Great tour and thanks for sharing. Take care!!

Love the layout and the design. This house looks amazing, I just didn't enjoy much how it's decorated but that's just a very personal preference.

I am not sure about the position of the sink in the kitchen because if you have any splashes of water they will run onto the bench in front of the sink.
Fantastic point you bring up! Water splashing on folks necks when they are sitting there will be an issue. Based on the feedback we are receiving, that island bench has to go 😂

Who came up with this floor plan? It’s not very functional at all. You can’t use the island to serve because you have the bench on the front side and people can’t walk around the island to serve themselves food. There’s no where to put a nice size couch to watch Tv because they put a fireplace in the middle of the room lol.
It’s a nice house but I agree that some of the ‘functionality’ is a bit off.
that island is when people try to look smart with their innovation but is actually useless 😂

Oooo Marcus!!!! This one was greatly disappointing!!! First, who the heck decorated???? This was literally early to late 2000s decor. Staging was one of the worst I’ve seen might as well have kept it empty. Second the functional of the great room and kitchen is very cringe 😬!!! Who puts a bench in an island 😒🤦🏾??? I don’t understand what they were thinking with the fireplace in the middle of the room like!!! From the front entrance all into the kitchen and mud room is sooo choppy and impractical!!! There’s no sense of flow, but I can say it’s burglar proof with the choppiness!!! Who thought it was a good idea to put that huge chandelier in the bathroom? It’s way too big for the bathroom and hanging super low. The tile and shower heads in the showers should have been carried much higher to make feel more grand!!! This house had so many negatives for me that it took away the positives. Sorry Marcus but this one gets a 1/10.
Now that hurt bad 😂 I understand every great point you brought up. Once folks seen the island seating, I think it threw off the aesthetic based on what I’m hearing. That 1 out of 10 hurts though 😂
