- Full Body Kettlebell Workout - 15 Minutes to work your entire body with 1 kettlebell!
We will perform each of the following kettlebell exercises for 30 seconds, followed immediately by 30 seconds kettlebell swing then rest for 30 seconds!
GOBLET SQUAT
ALTERNATING LUNGE PASS UNDERS
UNEVEN LUNGE
UNEVEN LUNGE (opposite leg)
ROMANIAN DEADLIFT
BENT OVER ROW
BENT OVER ROW (switch arm)
OVERHEAD PRESS
UPRIGHT ROW
TRICEP PRESS
All super-setted with KETTLEBELL SWINGS!
With the kettlebell swings, here are afew simple tips so that you gain the most out of this move:
- Feet shoulder width or slightly wider and toes slightly facing outwards
- Hinge are hips whilst keeping back flat and chest open
- Your upper body ie. arms should not be assisting the lift
- Drive through and squeeze glutes.
You will need a mat and something to lean against ie. chair for bent over rows!
You can use 1 kettlebell or 2 depending on the weight! I am using 16kg for your reference.
Please ensure you warm up prior to beginning this kettlebell workout.

I’m a 31 year old male I’ve been losing weight and started following this workout and it’s absolutely amazing, the first time I did it I struggled with stairs and full body aches which faded after 2/3 days, it’s incredible how quickly the body can get used to workouts as I now do this 3x+ a week and will be moving onto the 30min workout next, I use 12KG ( 26lb ) kettlebell, I also tend to do more arm workouts after the video finishes, can’t wait to start doing your 30 minute workout! 👏🏻
Oh those kettlebell swings…most the time during the exercise that preceded it I wasn’t concentrating on the burn, I was thinking: oh no, here come the kettlebell swings 🥵! Only 15 minutes seemed short but I couldn’t have done any more, heck of a great workout condensed into that 15 minutes!

How many calories would you say would be burned in this workout?

I tried this yesterday with the 5 min warm up! I made it with all the exercises with a 2kg kettlebell and today my whole body hurts 🤣😂

As a moderately fit crossfitter this kettle bell workout speaks to me. Differnce is that despite working hard you are constantly beaming that smile while I'm typically puffing and scowling during my workout.

Great workout!! I use this video 6x a week. I keep pushing myself to increase the weight of my kettlebell. I started at 10 lbs and I'm now at 20 lbs and looking forward to moving up to 25 lbs soon!!

I combined this workout with the "30 Mins Extreme HIIT Full Body" and "12 Min Oblique and Core", and my legs were sore for 2 days afterward. LOVE it. These three together might be one of my favorite combinations so far. These workouts keep getting better and better! Thank you, Caroline!
This video helped me realize that I’m at the point where I can now go up in kettlebell weight!! I was using a 15pound kettlebell and I’m so excited to go up while still using her videos! What a great workout :)

I did this kettlebell workout after EPIC II day 1. This has quickly become my favorite workout. Even when I'm not feeling it, I que up one of the 5min warmups and just let that take me into this.
Time flies with the way it's setup, and helps me realize I wasn't too busy to get in a good workout.
Just bought my new 20-pound kettlebell today! 1st workout is done! Can't wait to do more and most especially over the winter months. ⛄ Also, I've been affected by IT band syndrome this year. I've been able to run, hike, and cycle. However, I did have to take time off in November. Since I started physical therapy at home it has been better. Honestly, this strengthens all muscles connected to the IT band. Now, it is feeling stronger than ever. I love the kettlebell swings! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Absolutely loved it! Great full-body 15-minute workout. One of the best things is there is no annoying talking going on during the exercises like so many other videos do. It's just music and every exercise is still demonstrated before it begins.

I got a KETTLEGRIP for my anniversary yesterday and used a 25lb dumbell in it to do this workout this morning! Loved the music and the change from traditional weighted workouts and HIIT that I normally do!!
Just turned 35 and I've never been fit or athletic, never really worked out but decided that if I don't start now and take back my health, it will be 10 times harder later. These work outs have been great for me! I've lost 10lbs and am getting stronger and so much healthier! Grateful for this specific workout, it has changed my routine and has pushed me! I use a 25lb kettlebell and it's been a week, I'm already wanting to level up and go heavier!

I love this workout for so many reasons, and my reasons today are time (so I could fit it in) and I’m not feeling great due to a cold but wanted to get the heart rate up ( was supposed to do day 25 of epic 3 HIIT!) and would t be able to steam through. I feel great and it’s been a while since I did this but feel how much easier it is compared to last year. Thank you Caroline for making me stronger. You’re amazing and I’m so thankful for you 🙏❤️👍
