I was building heartsteal yasou for a while, it works but your damage is lacking till you get some attack speed and you’ll have your teammates pinging your item the whole game

As Yasuo main I'd agree that Yasuo is now a toxic champ. I mean people nowadays mostly build tank Yasuo which defeats his design, being a melee adc. Tank items ara a joke.

Can anyone give me a guide on how to lane against tank yasuo as a mage player? I can't play the game with tank yasuo on the enemy team
If the Yasuo is good and is tank:
You can't out-trade them. You will spend cooldowns and mana to either poke him or farm and he'll All In you easily. Instead you play safe, no trades if possible and farm patient. Unless ofc he makes mistakes then punsih him. Wtvr you do, don't feed him or your team will not be able to down him easily.
You play Mages that can scale and take down Tanks such as Gwen, Aurelion Sol, Brand, Teemo, etc
Then you rush first item either Boots or Liandry's Torment, second full item is Riftmaker, then Rabadon's Deathcap... From there it's up to you
Wait for a good teamfight, Yasuo will always be in the middle of it and spend everything on him.
Do not use Electrocute as your first Rune. Use Conqueror, Empowerment, First Strike etc
Gathering Storm, Giant Slayer, Hexflash to always be able to dodge his Tornados

@insanejack9344 just ban him. Yasuos on your team are arr generally always bad, ylu don't want enemy to have him so just ban.

U cant kill yasuo ,u cant attack him, he runs you down with his eeqeeqeeq and R for starpoints, his items are killing all crit based champs becuase of thormnail. What can u do just sit and whatch him killing u. Balanced game…

Majority of "ad" champions do magic damage , and about half the ad items add magic damage 😂 deaths dance is the perfect example of riot being absolute trolls... it is amazing item that is useless 😂 why do 1billion damage mages get crown with reduced damage... but ad starved clutch champions get mitigated physical damage that is completely ignored unless you win and outtrade the button spamming nuke meta 😂 deaths dance reclects riots commitment to having a good idea, and completely failing on execution of the idea 😂😂😂 9 for effort, 0.1 for the landing lol
