I put a little screw valve between two lengths of air line for drip acclimating sensitive fish. I keep nano fish and shrimp and it works great. Those Oscars are going to look amazing!!

I heard once that lemon Oscars can lose the yellow and turn a more orange colour depending on food they are fed. Whether its true I have no idea to be honest, so will be an interesting watch for me 👍👍

Great video! The Oscar’s will be cool to grow out! I have 2 albino and one black growing out right now. Two are about the size of yours and they are in with my stingray about the size of yours aswell and have been fine and hasn’t been aggressive towards them

Do you know if the store available for collection or visiting by any chance?
People don't realise that the air bubbles don't actually add oxygen back into the water. It's the disturbing of the surface of the water that reintroduces the oxygen. If your filter does that, then the bubbles are not needed, for that job. Just a heads up for the new people watching.

I had my stingray pup growing out in a tank with a school of adult Buenos Aires tetras ( wich were bigger than your baby lemon Oscars at the time) and she was fine for about two weeks and then the school started getting smaller and smaller every morning when I turned the lights on.. anything that sleeps on the bottom is fair game..
sims dont even send the fish you order , then whatever turns up is diseased , always quarantine tank bought in fish i never put straight into a tank .........

While I agree growing out fish that you are going to pass on is a bad practice . I dont think its a cardinal sin . You unfortunately have to make room for new fish as a youtuber to keep content engaging ... not agreeing with it but I understand it

I just got a 4x2x2 its huge. Going to put my cichlids in it. Theyre in a 5ft but its only 14 wide and not so high. Love Oscars. Maybe one day 👍👍

Before you add fish to the tank....feed the other fish first so they lose interest. That's how I do when I get new fish.
