Actually the president of the country must be happy to have a man of Dr Judge Hlophe in his parliament. He is not the opposition party rep but he brings in a number of things the country can do to assist the marginalised blacks to combat poverty and the country to develop from.

What we don't see is that behind this, there is an intimidation to future judges who will deal with the Phala Phala matter, that you find in favour of CR, your career in WC HC will not grow. These interviews feel more like a shredding machine rather then a selection. The JP's shredding summary should have been something he discusses at deliberations, not with the interviewee, live on air.
