Hey thank you so much for the information. Love getting to know about the country first hand from you. Can you please make a video on how to immigrate to Canada for a job as a CA inter. I have completed CA inter 1 group. I wish to complete my CA there along with work. Can you please make a video telling what are the challenges for a CA inter. My skillsets are in audit and tax advice. And I wish to look for an opportunity in those fields. Are there opportunities there and will they judge me for not completing CA. I have even gained experience in QuickBooks and MS Excel advanced as well as VBA. Are these skillsets helpful to get a job in audit or tax.
Do I need to study Canadian GAAP before I fly in.
Can I attend an interview in India, get an offer letter n then fly. Do they even have such an option.
Shud I take a visa first n then apply for jobs.
    So many questions 🙁...

I am CA and my core area during articleship was audit and thereafter i shifted to DT and IDT post qualification in 2018. In short my case is reverse of your's. If you think you are going to have good career opportunities in audit then it is not wholly true. Moreover you will get knowledge of every financial statements item but not that thoroughly. Though you never asked me this still i found myself appropriate to answer this question. In my opinion you must stay in DT and IDT and there are many things which are left to explore in them at your stage.

Both audit and tax has equal development scope in terms of your own growth as a professional and in terms of your career growth too. Do what interests you otherwise in the long run, it will get boring and you would feel overwhelmed as you would be doing something which doesn’t interests you.

Hey Nidhi.. Just one suggestion that while making the video may be you can try to make eye contact with your camera lens so that the viewers can feel that eye contact while watching the video..in this video I think you are using front camera and watching yourself while speaking.

If u re only targeting Indian market then it would be preferable to go for CA/CWA/CS or CFA (Finance focused) or CIA (Audit focused)
CPA is a US based course and it will include laws and principles which are more US specific.
At the end of the day what matters the most is ur own interest. If u re interested in Finance then go for CFA or MBA Finance, if its Taxation then go for CA, if its Accountancy then go for CA or ACCA, if Its Costing than CMA, if its Secretarial matters then CS, if its Audit then go for CIA
