But that was on sword and story. On death march you can't afford to do long ass combos so whirl becomes useless. Rend is still good though since it bypasses blocking. This song and few others from Witcher aren't composed by Marcin Przybyłowicz. They were made by Percival Schuttenbach, they are polish folk/folk metal band. Marcin rearranged them to fit the game. Listen to "Lazare" or "Sargon" from Percival and you will hear what I mean.
