For those who can't get the AK as Barry, you need to open a valve in the same area when you play as Claire and it'll open up. When you play as Barry later on in the chapter the gate will still be open.
I'm sure this has been realized, but in episode 2, chapter 2-1 there is the TAP194 shotgun hanging on the wall right after you open military box #5. It is down the stairs next to the chairs stacked on the table, you go into the small kitchen and grab the little wire cage and stack it in front of the wall to climb up and obtain a pretty badass shotgun. Hope this helps.
This comment was ages ago but did anyone experience a glitch I don't remember the maps name but there was an AK-47 in the sewers ( you'd come across a guy who can give you access) but some how I can't access the gun whatsoever like there's bars there

You should've mentioned that we needed to kill Pedro to get the drill. I ran cause the game told me to (I assumed that meant Pedro was invincible for that fight) and now I missed out.

Completely missed the AK cause I had to open the gate as Claire & Moira. Also you should have mentioned that you had to open the gate in Claires run to get the chest and emblem at 27:32. This isn't a very good guide because of that. Also you missed a lot of guns.
Try to figure something out for yourself, why play it? Finishing it while looking up every little puzzle can't be fun. It's a pretty big waste of time and money.

Don't know if you already found the answer, but the doors was a choice. There were 2, right? Left one and right one. You had to choose. If you went right, the left one will be locked, and visa versa.

16 -22 larva #5 in the mines is easier to get while standing on the generator crate to throgh over the fence
Yeah I barely get it without that crate, but you can, have to shoot blind, can't see the crosshair (circle) on it.

You need to buy it from the Rewards Menu in the Main Menu. However, you have unlock them first.
