I will take a night walk in town after a stressful work day.. and get something small like acai or donut on that day.

I try not to spend too much on food. but workout to release the stress instead. Eat too much makes me feel stress afterwards as well.
I advise that you do workout instead of stress eating all the way too. Moderation for all :)
