Im 21 got bad Knees and 2 disc not in the right places( i wake up to pain) but everday i wake up is a blessing. Sometimes you need to just get over yourself get shit done merry Christmas and a happy holidays.

It’s very true man, my father, recently deceased, bless his soul. Seeing him in his old age, and his ability or his lack of ability to move his body how he wanted to really made me realize how important it is to take care of your health, not only physically but mentally as well. We all take so many things for granted, that we truly don’t even think of most days. I love you all, let’s make it together.
