Wow, that's what I call a courtesy car! Not a horrid little hatchback from the back of the lot.
My neighbour put his sleek Mercedes in for warranty work and they lent him an elderly Hyundai i10!

Great video encouraging, as trust pilot reviews from Tesla owners majority have problems, Happy to hear your after care sales service has been positive.

Good to hear this because Tesla is infamous (whether true or not) for having poor customer service and sub-par fit and finish. It appears both of those points have been or are being addressed.

That’s encouraging. My dads just bought a dual motor model 3. He’ll be happy

Might be worth getting friendly with the technician that is handling your car. Maybe Tesla have a fancier diag machine that can give detailed info on the packs. So you could ask them for a before and after. I'd be DAMN impressed if it was a newer generation pack, and not a refurb.

Way way way too many Tesla at least in the US. Just too many to the degree that it’s boring. I ended up with a BMW i3. And one benefit if i3 is that when the battery depletes there is a small gas driven engine that runs a generator to maintain the battery charge. So, even though my electric range is 180 miles I can continue on gas for 80 miles and if desperate I can get another small tank of gas and continue on for another 80 miles and within those miles I should be able to find a charging station. Tesla way too common, boring, and not enough choices for exterior colors or interior colors. When I spend money of this amount I want to configure my car with more choices of colors. I don’t want to be told what limitations they make available.

With even the entry model 3 doing 300+ miles per charge, no gas engine needed! I agree they need to extend the range of colours which I believe they plan to do at their Giga Berlin made cars.

@@ezravg99 Europeans have many more choices in EV's then in the USA. So if Tesla is offering choices in colors and other things it's good for the folks in the EU. I don't expect to see that kind of consideration for USA customers until more competition arrives on the scene. Tesla's near monopoly in USA breeds a bit of seller arrogance regarding customer satisfaction.

Yes, 8 year unlimited mileage warranty on my 2014 Model S - good job too!! These 85kWh packs are proving troublesum.

@Dave Anderson True, but most of them aren't worth the paper they are written on. I hear so many examples of where claims aren't paid out.
