    Enjoyed the video & subscribed to your channel... Unfortunately, this won't work with the Samsung Galaxy S20. You would need a digital to analog converter (DAC) in either the headphones or adaptor, since Samsung decided to do their customers the favor of leaving out that essential part (in reference to audio signal through the USB-C port).

    • @sgaudiohive
      @sgaudiohive  Před 3 lety +4

    Is it possible to do balanced termination without losing mic? And is it possible to run from an unbalanced 3.5mm source with a balanced 3.5mm cable?

    • @sgaudiohive
      @sgaudiohive  Před 2 lety +1

      A balanced output does not support a inline Mic function as a balanced output only suppliers audio out. For unbalanced 3.5mm source, not all players that I know of can take a 3.5mm balanced cable, although most of them can,
