Hey there im brandon thanks for your positive messages tbh im just trying to be as strong as i said i can but now is like im doubting myself im getting weaker and weaker and i feel like everything is fading inside why cause i seem to wana give up on trying to be good or trying to change i fool myself and others saying im happy and that im okay which i lied for the past 24 years i been like this puzzeled why life is not as easy at it seems for many of us we struggle some of us been in the dark hoping that there lives can be in the light while others didnt had to struggle but yea im just saying this cause i feel like my life has been cursed because of all da bad negative things that hunts and hurt me its just like it wont stop nor go away but yet i wont give up not yet 😔

I work with people with different sorts of dementia. The reason I comment is to thank you for uploading this. Currently I take care of a man with bad Alzheimer's, who suffers from deep anxiety and depression. He gets very worried easily and tonight (it's 8 pm here, in Sweden) I put him to bed as usual. Usually he gets up as soon as I leave his bedside, but this evening I started this track and sat down on a chair next to his bed. It took him about 2 minutes to fall asleep, and right now he's in really deep sleep and I'm sat here listening to this beautiful music and the man's deep, relaxing breathing. I thank you for this moment.

I had a rough couple of months my father passed from covid... We were both in the hospital for the same thing... We couldn't breath... Shortness of breathe..fever...pain... It's was horrible... But I never really got to say goodbye to him... Didn't hug or anything because we were quarantine... And it just all sucks so now I can't ever sleep without peaceful music like this..... Please pray for me ... I need it ..
