    ???? How is GARRI in yourarea???
    I was shocked on getting to the market the price of garri 🙄😒 the cheapest food in Nigeria sold for #2,500 per paint rubber.
    since nothing I can do, I didi to turn the situation around by getting my cassava tubers process into garri for my own consumption and business!!!
    you can do this in the simple step of where to get raw cassava tubers to other process selling garri.
    No gree for any economy this year!!!!

    I must say you're doing an awesome job. Luv your content. As a garri factory owner, I must point out that it's probably more profitable with your style. However, operating the factory is capital intensive & not really profitable for a quality garri due to: labors, Raw materials & fuel cost, borehole etc. Risk is lower though. Goodluck everyone.

    • @Ojuolape_space
      @Ojuolape_space  Před 5 měsíci

      It might be difficult for people living in lagos, unless one can get the tubers from other states and take them to lagos to process. Most of the farm produce they sell I lagos is or planted in lagos. So very thingbis possible.

    How do you ferment the ijebu garri that spike when eating it and how can you preserve to last for years

    • @Ojuolape_space
      @Ojuolape_space  Před 6 měsíci

      Once you didn't allow water to get close to it, it can last for more than a year. Pour it inside a nylon before putting it in a sack.

      No, it's usually in the fermentation duration, not any cassava in particular. That's how we do it in our factory
