Yep, Geoff put this skit together. Geoff came up with the majority of their on stage skits.
It's so funny that you could tell Geoff put this together. This is obviously the best produced video of the skit and there are many fan videos that show how it's evolved over the years.
It epitomizes the fun that is VoicePlay.
They performed this skit for years. Geoff has said that if they were ever invited to sing at the White House, this is the piece he would want to do.

VP members have worked at theme parks and one cruise ships in the past and so learned to do much more than just singing. It's what they enjoy, so why not. :)

Filmed during the Sing-Off tour but was part of VPs stage show going way back. And, yes, it's Geoff's brainchild. There is a Patreon-only version they filmed in a red convertible, in studio. Not as funny without a live audience but still awesome.
Can you imagine it updated with Cesar in back, and Omar or Ashley in front? Or Cesar up front and José Rosario in back? Hysterical.
It makes me laugh every time I watch this! If you haven't seen their video for "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" - watch it when you've had a hard day. It's hilarious!

This goes way back as it was a skit the performed on the 'Sing Off' tour after season 4 of the 'Sing Off' ended (Voice Play and Home Free went on that tour together and performed "Survivor: Zombies Vs Hillbillies together). Yes, it was arranged by Geoff. You would also enjoy "A Crimpella" and "The Chicken Song" which they also performed live on tour back in those days.
A Crimpella is great but I think the Chicken Song is a masterpiece. Love 'em both.
Some really good funny videos of VoicePlay's you might like are The Fox, The Chicken Song, and Wookiee for Christmas. Another fun one I like is called Cheerleader. I found 3 for the Chicken song, dated 2013, 2014, & 2016; pretty much the same routine, just different crowds, just like with Home Free's Guilty Pleasures.

This one really goes way back. Somewhere there's a posting of before Eli and Toni (can't remember who the other two where at that time) performing this skit I believe one a cruise ship.
