    Did you do this in mouse or drawing tablet? Is it possible to this in mouse ?

      I'm using a pen display for this one. I guess it's still possible using a mouse.

      Make curves to mesh then combine all and in sculpt mode press shift r and ctrl r

    on 1:03 you are stretching a ball very much, do you use some remesh stuff to get smooth mesh?
