I hope the bulls don’t do something stupid like giveaway Zach Lavine for nothing. Levine isn’t the problem. It’s our lack of shooting the fact that we have one of the smallest teams in the league and the fact that our big men are awful on defense.

@@BrandonKInc i agree. zach is a side kick. but trading him for a bag of potato chips isnt the solution.
the bulls are bad cuz we have no PG and our bigs are awful defensively. zach is a nice wing scorer. he's a great 3rd option.
i actually have no problem with just trading everyone - and i mean everyone and just starting from scratch.
Ayo, Coby & Pat are nice back ups but even they can go.
Vuc is bad. big men that cant play defense or block shots stink in the modern NBA cuz no one cares if they can score. you dont need a big who can score.
Derozen should play for a winner as his career ends. he deserves to be in the playoffs.
zach is a 1 dimensional 2g. there are 20 of those in the NBA.
this is an awful roster mainly cuz it has no players who are actually taller and longer than their opponents. its a team of midgets with skills. thats why they are a 40 win team.

Get great defensive players. get great shooters. the NBA isnt that complex. AKME are just too stupid to see it. we've known for 5 years (prob 10) that 3 & D wins. the celtics dont even have a super star (taytum and brown and barely better than derozen and lavine) and just dominated the entire NBA, including 2 future HOFers, cuz everyone on their team can 3 and d, including Taytum and Brown.
not 1 bulls player can 3 & D in a league built around 3 and D. its so dumb its almost comical. why did we acquire any of these players? its like AKME were trying to prove that you could win with guys who cant shoot.
Donovan did this same crap in OKC as well.

No he dont, Zach is a turnstyle and not a #1, Giddy is not a good shooter and also a turnstyle.. the Bulls dont have a pF or a rim protector since they refused to solidify playing Drumm and Vuc at the same time until it was too late. So all your starting wings are just gonna let dudes run pass them to the cup, getting your bigs in foul trouble and since you dont have another person that can play the 4/pf beside vuc, its gonna be a freeway to easy point.. that would proabably be the worse defensive backcourt in the league and neither of them have shown they can be a #1 or a #2,.. so no.. Zach has to go/

Winning is based on the team you build around your star. That goes to management. Lavine was not the problem. Caruso was not the problem. Lonzo was not the problem. The problem is having 3 players who can't play defense as your top players, Lavine, Demar, and Vuc. How can you have a team with forwards and centers who can't play defense and expect your guards to defend the forwards? Did you see the block that Zo had against the Piston's Isaiah Stewart? That was a frontal block, head on. Not from side or from behind. He challenged him at the rim like a Center. That should have been a sign of an injury. That should have been a forward or center blocking that shot. They talk about Caruso and Zo's injury prone? Really? No one seem to have a problem with Zo guarding Julius Randle and Giannis at times.

These analysts talk alot of shit. Giddey was asked to shoot more 3s post All-star weekend of THIS season. In the period where he was putting up good numbers - he was NOT shooting 3s. That was a sudden expectation when okc realised they would be in the playoffs. If NOT for that - he wouldn't have been benched and next season he would probably have avg 36% comfortably. He basically went from 0% to 34% in 3mths. He probably needs another training camp of shooting jumpers. High IQ players are good at adjusting and learning. Giddey will learn. Giddy is coming off the bench because he can't shoot, doesn't guard, and next to Coby or Zach, there is a h uge defensive deficit. Oh, and by the way, he's not playing opposite Shai or Jay, so the open shots will be few and far between. That sounds like a player with limited skills who should be coming off the bench running the second team not starting.

That's what was said when he requested a trade to have the ball in his hands. He will be like a Luka. If you don't know, in his 2nd year when he started, he averaged 16 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assist next to SGA. He didn't fit on OKC because both he and SGA need the ball. It's like the SAC trading Halliburton because he didn't play well next to Fox. Why would he request a trade to only come off the bench. He could have continued that in OKC. The Bulls DID win this trade. Look:
People were CONVINCED that there was going to be a line out the door for Zach Lavine, and we were going to get some sort of Rudy Gobert return for him. No such thing occurred. He was overrated by homer Bulls fans.
Alex Caruso, hawk defender that he is, is a role player - a 30 year-old role player.
There was a point where Bulls fans were reasonable, and thought the Bulls should dangle 'Caruso for two first-rounders' with the hopes of getting a player and 'a' pick.
For 'fans' to be reaching back to what the rumour mills was SPECULATING six months ago, asking where the "picks" (plural) are, is just masochism.
Prior to a much disputed off-the-court issue, this is a guy who would be mentioned in the same breath as an Alperin Sengun, about 6 months ago.
This is a 6'8" Small Forward who averaged over 6 assists per game in two of his last three seasons. Lonzo Ball hasn't averaged that in a Bulls uniform.
This was a 6th pick in a draft where a redraft would probably have him at 3, and people are talking about "What about the picks?" in weak draft year.
It's masochism. It's injecting anger into what should be a moment of optimism.
Josh Giddey has eleven triple doubles at 21.
