The students in the video are challenging to a higher level of flexibility, so the training of the teachers is more severe. 練腰那個動作下方沒有軟墊,幫忙扶的同伴若一不小心手鬆了或沒力氣抱緊很可能就掉下去脖子扭到了。
很危險。應該多些防護措施加上找大人來扶,不然就換方式練。
