I heard some options about shot ball quick through spine up, to the top head and energy spread like fountain. Make any sense for you? Greetings! Tom

    • @karmadechenlhamo6077
      @karmadechenlhamo6077 Před rokem

You don't need to practice like this to become a Shaolin monk.
To become a monk you only need sufficient merit,
as well as motivation to be quickly liberated from the suffering of this endless cycle of birth and death.
You must arouse the thought of abhorring all worldly life that is impermanent, full of suffering and has no real substance.
Then generate thoughts of renunciation to take the life of a saint by leaving family and home to become a Monk and live in a monastery,
and strictly practice & observe all the precepts for a Monk,
and practice meditation so that all existing defilements or kilesas within us can all be eliminated and gain true wisdom,
and after all the roots of the kilesas can be uprooted completely,
one will attain true happiness which is enlightenment or Nirvana.

Like if normal body temperature is 98.6F and maximum temperature a body can survive is 108.14F, how do you get that 17F raise in there? Hello Jan,
I would say that comes from combining the dantian belly fire with the perineum by pushing it down. It is like two electric poles put together that creates energy. It is like putting yin and yang put together.
The reason why it knocks you off might be that your energy is strong but your body is (currently) too weak.
You should do the standing meditation from the Tai Chi and Qi Gong systems to strengthen your body's capacity to be able to bare the energy. You can also do just isometric exercises like handstand. Or yoga by keeping a position for at least 5 to 10 minutes.
That is my thoughts on that.
Be careful with knocking your self out it can be dangerous.

Wim Hof method can be done through the nose or through the mouth. Wim Hof method also holds and has its retention with the lungs empty. Unless doing the power breathing exercise. One more request : pls give due credit to the Eastern cultures which have developed and preserved these techniques for Millenia. Far too often Western scientific research seems to dismiss them as fake or plays it down a lot. Or they end up renaming it and claiming it for their own . To be fair a lot of Eastern spiritual techniques have been validated by Western research and helped in strengthening , popularising and reviving the traditions too. But the other side has happened often too.

Yes tomorrow has been the source in the original practice that many have taken and use their own variation of it. To me it is the most powerful of the overbreadth techniques using locks and Visualization. Check out some of my new videos, breathing bubbles a box breathing and breathing technique for anxiety relief. I will have more videos to come along with physiology and science of breath work videos. Take care and have a fantastic day! Much love

I don't understand why you compare DMT to tummo(breath+visualisation).
      They are completely different things.
And no - tummo is not the source/origin of DMT, even though you can trigger/release it with this practice....

    Hello.
This is definitely NOT the Tummo of Six Yogas of Naropa, the one practiced by Tibetan monks.
If it works, good anyway 👍🏻

      @yulianasutikno Před rokem +1

This method is inline with an ancient scripture from 15th century written by a tibetan yogin on Tummo.

@@yulianasutikno do you know the name of the monk or text?
There are similarities though, and anyway if it works is fine. Actually as you know well there are many methods and variations.
What I wanted to point out (excuse me for that, I didn’t want to criticize your nice video) is that the term Tummo got mainstream as a physical practice (that is totally legit btw) for heat and wellbeing, but the real Tummo is in fact a practice of tantric Buddhism, whose aim is burning the obscurations of the mind to attain enlightenment (I simplify) with altruistic mind.
Please forgive me for my punctiliousness 😅, I just wanted to provide a wider perspective for people wanting to learn it

    visualize nothing
    breath nothing
stop breathing. breathing is a trap. life is a trick.
    escape.
    do not breath.
visualize them as fire, watch them from a distance
be at peace and rest on the hand of astaroth
    you can force this
    you can open this
    this is truth revealed
I hope to find you there one day

Breathing techniques r dangerous if not done properly . It could go horribly wrong if not done properly . Which is y the more advanced techniques r never taught widely and r closely held secrets meant only for select initiates.

You seem to be a sincere guy but none of this is tummo in least. You’re combining a number of different traditions (even Western kegel exercises 😂) and coming up with a mess. Of course, you can teach anything you wish, but it’s irresponsible to pass this off as tummo. You seem to be fooling a number of people, guessing from the comments. Well, so it goes 😂

If you want to truly learn it then you have to become a monk. Tummo is the first thing to master in Karmamudra. None are more secretive than the Tibetans. Vajrayana Buddhism is mysticism. Not all monks get to learn this. You will literally be having sex with a deity in your dreams lucidly. Learning to travel astrally. It's full time , full devotion in your life. This isn't a hobby to do on the weekends. Everyone wants to experience enlightenment, few ever speak of the fact that few survive the liberation.
