Perfect :D got same cc but model in 2002 KTM :P my bike is freaking as madness!!!
Another tip when u tap the back break pull in the clutch so u don't stall in mid air
yep
There's a track I go to where the jumps work for me 99% of the time, but there's one steep tabletop where I approach it and more often than not land way too far forward, to the point where I'm nearly flung over the bars. I don't do anything particularly different to the others, does anyone have any suggestions which might stop me from causing a bloody pileup? Cheers.
+slee 1993 Hey man! I find with steeper lips that you need to lean a little bit back on the bike to start off with, and keep your knees bent so that your legs take the sharp rebound. Think about what's shooting you forward, the rebound of your back wheel. So lean a little back, and take the 'kick' in your legs. Also, be smooth on the throttle, if you let go right near the lip it's going to shoot your weight forward. I also struggle with jumps like those, but practice makes perfect :)
how do you control the bike if it kicks out sideways on a jump
first make sure before you land no matter how sideways you are, you squeeze the bike with your legs as hard as you, like going through a whoop section, and land with the gas on, right when you land also sit down.
aaron gilpin when that rear tire is spinning it gives gyro stabilization, it becomes more controllable the faster its spinning, allowing you to move it around in the air.
Ok when going into the air and taping your back brake do you pull in the clutch too or do you just give the brake a quick tap
A 125sx. 2005 model I think.
What kind of bike is he using?
Geras
I have this movie
If anyone rides a race bike u need to control the suspension i had gone road racing an my previous 50 plus dirt bike riding was on a low older 4 stroke 125cc with no suspension it taught me to use my legs an work with the bike...but i didnt learn how to deal with long travel which is our mx racing best friend but can be ur worst nite mare if u dont learn what not to do...there are small subtle things that if u dont do the right thing it will pile drive u...its a race bike on a track built to trick u up...including a section called a mistake "the whoops" call me a liar...thats actually my favorite section the bigger an rougher...my home track had big whoop sections down every straight. Even Jeff Ward came an in practice after said the track was ruff...an Jeff has won how many titles 6 national titles...growing up riding i only had photos in MXA to learn from...now u guys have tutorials surprised motocrosser can even spell that word...word...pay attention....no i know it all...said the kid.....peace
Being on a 65 , every jump is a blind jump .
I have a 125 4 stroke how do i get my bike to jump that far i have the gas all the way but my bike wont jump far. How do i get to jump further
cole trail Thats why... You should get a bigger quad also get a Suzuki or Honda, or a KTM if you can get you'r hands on one
When i seat Bon my front wheel goes down and I went over the bar like 10 times in one day trying to learn it
+Luke Cameron might be from your suspension not being setup properly. I used to have that issue till i sprung the rear for my weight.
@Cole trail, sorry bro, if you have it pinned and cant go any further then you need a need bike.
I give it so much gas but I never even get half way
pull in the clutch, you don't want your bike to stall midair
Mr. Cosby, you are not complying
After watching this.....God I miss the 80's riding 2 strokes down at flat river here in MO ...somewhere along the line I became a fat 43 year old dad! wtf anyone have a time machine for sale?
I am a 55 years old grand pa and still ride, track and trail... no need for a time machine. A bike will do. There are vet riders all over america, so nothing incredibly special about it...
@@mareksozols yes. Oh yes. Those fucking wicked b class cars. Sheer violence, oh so fast
