I really like this scooter. Isnt the stem also 2" higher? Im debating between this, the storm ltd and the thunder 2. Im probably gonna upgrade next spring. I currently have varla e1 pro and a dualtron thunder that my friend gave me

It's a big difference between Storm Limited and Victor. I would say, watch more reviews of both, decide if you really need a Storm Limited, there's nothing wrong with starting with a Victor first then moving into a bigger 4x times more powerful Dualtron Storm Limited

I recommend the Victor Luxury because there is more space for feet. It's got a longer platform.
