1 white onion, peeled
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon grated ginger
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Mirin
¾ cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
¼ orange juice
Cornstarch diluted in water (for thickener)
Lemon Butter rice:
Butter
1 pc lemon zest
¼ cup chopped parsley
2 cups rice
3 cups water
Potato Salad:
2 kg potatoes, peeled, cubed and boiled until fork tender
1-2 cups mayonnaise
5 pcs hard boiled eggs, chopped
½ cup pickle relish
¼ cup finely chopped red onions
2 tablespoons chopped spring onions
Sugar, salt and pepper, to taste

hi, kakatry ko lang ngayon ng recipe na to. nahirapan ako sa paghahanap ng mirin dito sa area namin but, Dang! worth it yung steak sauce! pang restaurant ang lasa! and yung lemon butter herb rice MUST try talaga siya, bagay na bagay sa salmon. salamat sa recipe chef! nagustuhan ng family ko.
