How about someone who has 12 years of experience in recruiting at senior levels ? No qualification in HR . But currently on a break(gap) for 2 years . What kind of salary u can expect . Can u also make a video or give some information about salary ranges in different provience??

I just had one question. Can CHRL be taken by candidates with 2 years of QA trainer experience & 1-2 years of HR experience or should the overall experience of 3-4 years be particularly of HR only?

Hi, I have Human Resources Management graduate certificate and now I am wondering is the CHRP has equal value as of the graduate certificate I did? And if this is so, then why should one spend time and money in CHRP ? I have did my Post Baccalaureate in HRM in British Columbia. And my University is Kwantlen Polytechnic University. The subject I did in my course are HR and management, HR and Business, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Occupational health and safety, Total Rewards or Compensation, Human relation in Intercultural Communication, Labour and Employee Relations, OD and leadership, so these are my subjects that I did in my program , even though, I have completed one practicum project in which I worked with Silver crest company. Moreover, I have around 3.5 GPA in my program which is equivalent to 80 to 85%.
So , could you please let me know with the help of this course is I’m able to get any kind of HR job at entry level ?
and What should I include in my Resume?

You can complete it at your own pace. There are 9 mandatory subjects, some work experience requirements and you can write the exam.
