Cervix measurement 2.44cm at 20 weeks. Have a history of Pre term membrane rupture. Doctor giving me option to choose progesterone/ cerclage? What would you suggest? There’s no funneling though. Would progesterone increase my blood sugars as I have a history of gestational diabetes?
