  • Ingredients :
    1/4 cup almond
    1 Tbsp Ghee
    1.5 cup grated carrot
    1/4 cup soaked rice
    1 liter milk
    1 cup milk
    1/3 milk powder
    1/3 cup sugar
    Almond
    1tsp elaichi powder
    1/2 tsp kevada Water/ gulab jal
    Wash Almond 3-4 times and add in hot water for 3-4 min.
    Remove the skin of an almond and cut almond slice.
    In a heavy bottomed pot, Add ghee ,grated carrots and stir. Add rice mix Well . Add milk Once the milk returns to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and cook until the carrots & rice have softened considerably, about 20 to 30 minutes. Be sure to stir often. Now in a bowl add milk powder & milk mix probably.
    . Add sugar to misture mix well until thoroughly combined. Cook, while stirring often to prevent burning, until significantly reduced and thickened, about 30 minutes. Add elaichi powder, kevada water mix well.
    Garnish with additional sliced nuts, if desired.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
