मुझे चाइल्ड ट्रॉमा फेस करना पड़ा, मेरा बिहेवियर भी बहुत अजीब था, मैरिड लाइफ फेल हुई और बहुत कुछ । लेकिन मैने जब मरने की सोची तो मुझे अचानक एक ख्याल आया कि चलो एक आखिरी प्रयास करते है तो मैने थोड़ी बहुत माइंड साइकोलॉजी पड़ी इंटरनेट पर और इस से भी ज्यादा इंपोर्टेंट जो मैने किया वो था रोज सुबह उठकर इंटेंस वर्कआउट किया। और मुझे आज 13 साल हो गए अपनी दिनचर्या में व्यायाम और अध्ययन को शामिल किए और इससे सोच समझ बहुत सुलझ गई है। व्यायाम से शरीर मस्कुलर हुआ और पढ़ाई करने से नॉलेज बढ़ी। आज पर्सनेलिटी ही बदल गई है एक पॉजिटिव स्ट्रॉन्ग माइंडेड पर्सन की तरह महसूस होता है खुद को लेकर इस 42 की उम्र में।
