I keep on running away from God, until I find myself in pain, wounded, depress and empty. Then suddenly I look back and realized God's faithfulness and grace to my life. Praising Him is not a responsibility, it is the spiritual response of our soul from His great great love to us. I feel healed and forgiven now. This pandemic has affected me so much especially my mental health.
I turn my back to God and chose the world. Porn addiction, idols, love of money, social media, etc. But it made me felt anxious, depressed, broken and empty. Life without Jesus is no life at all.
But God never stopped fighting for me. He found me in my lowest point, when I can no longer see any hope in me. His grace and mercy is very vast that I can't contain it! His love towards us is so great that He's willing to forgive our sins if we sincerely repent. We really have to acknowledge that we can't really change ourselves, that it is only Him who can help us to have a changed life.

I am a college student, i'm pursuing my studies because i want get out from all this problem caused by my parents, i want to start a new life by myself, to live on my own, change my name so that i won't be found and no one will know who i am, i want to be selfish, and forget all my past, my family,friends close friends, i already set my future on to this. But God search for me and now i am found, even though i want to be lost and forgotten but God don't let that to happen, and now i thought that i am fine now but there are unseen challenges that God gave me, now that my old goal has gone so i lost my motivation in my studies, i don't know why i'm still studying what is the purpose of it if my selfish goal is already gone, so i started not to make serious on my studies and i have alot of absences, on this day my prof said i am now dropped on his subject(major subject of my course and i can't dropped it because it has a pre-requisite) so i started to think that what am i doing is still wrong, i am a representative and we carry the name of Jesus Christ but i am failing, i feel ashamed to God and myself for not realizing it sooner. I prayed and i cried to God desperately asking to give me a second chance. I realize that i'm still being selfish because i'm the only male that can depend by my sister and my mother, i'm only thinking by my own goal and didn't think that i still have a family that depends on me. Now i have found my goal and what task that God given to me, i will pursue my study again, i feel hopeless when my prof told me im already dropped on his subject but God still gave me hope and now i want to change how i am right now, not to be lazy but to pursue my studies again. God made me realize that im not a failure because of this, but God is telling me that i am victorious not because i fail, I am victorious because i learnt something from that failure and leads me to become victorious...... ( My prof still gave me a second chance, but he told me that if i would have one absence or late, he will drop me from his subject)
