  • In this video we check a few things off of the to do list on our recently purchased Luv. First to go was the topper and any adhesive left over from that. More importantly, we had the broken clutch to fix: we were able to get a new bracket welded with thicker steel and found a new clutch switch from our local motor parts store. We were fortunate to have a visit from Lindsay's step-dad, a past auto-body shop owner - he came with a welder in tow and was able to complete the clutch re-build. He also pointed out that the rubber gasket we had sitting in a parts pile was to install the back window and thankfully he had experience with that from years ago. Such a slick install, thanks to a few tricks. After all was said and done, we were able to take it for a test drive.

Good looking truck the gen light could be a bad voltage regulator or the wiring to it is bad check the voltage and make sure it’s not over charging good luck
