Do these have a fasel inductor like the Crybaby classic ones? Inductors.. tell us all about what they do and the differences, and how it makes it sound different.
'The V847a has a buffered input which helps preserve the guitars tone when the pedal is not engaged' Hmm .. well sort of. The V847a still uses a single pole, two way switch that switches the output between the guitar signal and the output of the pedal while leaving the pedals buffered input still connected. VOX don't specify the buffer input impedance but it is probably 1 to 1.8Meg.
Ho do these compare to Fulltone Clyde or Supa wah? How about the Xotic wah?
How many different wah pedals did Vox make altogether? Which ones are made now? Are the new ones as good as the vintage ones?

truly the worst pedal demo i have seen. how is this a comparison if neither the style of playing or amp settings are similar for each pedal. this gives me no idea what the sound differences are for all of them
I dont think they truly wanted to compare them despite what the title says, they might not want you to decide the cheaper one sounds just as good as the one thats twice as expensive 😂
did you let the guitarists keep the guitars and pedals after the filming?
@ nbl43 check out the Morley pedals. They have some multi function wah/volume pedals and others too.

@Vox Amps is the V845 a true bypass or a buffered wahwah?
Jester Cabrieto v845 is, unfortunately, not a true bypass pedal....!
But still very easy to mod.

Jester Cabrieto you should mod it doing the true bypass....it needs a 3pdt switch...I would suggest to add also a led but in that case you’ll need also a 4.7k resistor!

Fk that bruv tape your* cheap strap on both sides so you throw the guitar back on your back
PS: i am very paranoid I've put tape on the straps ends
@Maxpound I understand you and I know exactly why you feel that way ;-) There's just too much unskilled players out there that compensate their lack of skill with simple wacka wacka wah wah wah wah :) but it's a good feature to create some different sounds and add them to your arsenal :)

i always liked dunlop crybabies better than any vox.

Terrible demo, but more importantly this is a terrible pedal, horrible phasing and just sounds nothing like a good, classic wah. I had one of these, sold it fairly sharpish. Get a Dunlop Crybaby - better in every way.
