I loved how she applied the shadows here... like so effortless. A lot of the tutorials we see on YT is overly intricate. While that's fun to watch, I'm not doing a 45 minute eye look every day lol.

I hadn't gone for any ND palettes until Dream and Retro Glam. But am I the only one that has the compulsive need to rearrange them into rows according to undertones? Can't help myself!

Ten eye looks! Love it. Playing with palettes is so therapeutic. My favorite midi is Sunrise, something about opening it and seeing the colors makes me feel happy, the looks I get are so glowy and warm . I've been sorely tempted by My Dream, but this is my year of action, not acquisition, so I must use what I've got! Maybe I'll try to see what I can build out of Bronze and Retro. Has anyone done this yet? Would love to see a video.

I absolutely love that you pulled out the Love palette as the first one 💗 👏 I LOVE THAT PALETTE 😍♥️ and I think it is a bid misunderstood. Those tones of red, purple ect. can rock your world as soon as you really dive into them 👏 I also find that Retro Glam and Love compliment each other so beautifully 😍

I love the love palette, I think that and the sunrise would be in my top 2 midi, although I don’t have all of the midi palettes.

I never thought about Edgar Allan Poe with this. That’s a perfect description and makes me love Retro even more! Only prob, it’s my first ND purchased palette but not sure if it works for my skin… I did buy My Dream palette. Need to try that one. See what works.
Love, sunrise, and pastel have my favorite shimmers. Retro by far has my favorite mattes.
I got the My Dream palette for Christmas, and I’m in love with it already, so I love that you have it ranked so high!

Favorites……also depends on your coloring. I’m blond w blue eyes and have retro and bronze palettes. I LOVE retro. I also just ordered the dream palette. Bronze is more demanding on me I feel. Looking forward to testing it out next summer. Thanks for this.

I just used my Love palette yesterday after not touching it for a while and I questioned why since I really liked how the look turned out, definitely excited to play with it again and happy to see it get recognition in this video as I feel it’s one of her most disliked palettes but idk, maybe I’m an odd duck but I quite enjoy it 😅

Hello Alicia!! I love watching your deep dive videos!! I fell in love with Natasha after I bought the Bronze Midi. That was my first brand new Natasha Denona palette I believe. I love the warm shades in that one. Ever since, I have fallen for so many of her unique color stories and I especially adore her Cream-to-powder formula!
So like... bronze is an all year palette for me only because my skin tone is a bit more golden on my body than on my face (okay I'm an oompa loompa). I love the way it picks up the warm tones in my hair which can look black but is actually a warm dark brown. I think it would have been #1 for me. Retro though... Definitely my #2!
I think that the absence of “my dream” from your 2022 list just hammers home how inundated we all were last year with releases. Of course it got missed because there just was so much. 🙂 I’m looking forward to your 2023 less spending is more video content. 🙂 For 2022 I only picked up My Dream and finally got Biba. I love both.

My 5 favorite ND midis are retro, retro glam, bronze, and these 2 may trigger the rest of the world but I actually liked the pastel and zendo palettes.

I only have 2, Glam and Love. I am allergic most of my favorite shades in the Love, the purples! 😭. Usually it’s a red that will bother me. Strange. Glam for this win! 🙌🏻

I just love watching all your videos because your voice is so like warm and inviting that it makes me feel happier about everything. Also really into working out and getting into fall rolling because I realize that not stretching and foam rolling is something I cannot do especially after wrist surgery. I’m like OK Carissa if you’re gonna be working out like this consistently, you need to foam roll and stretch. PS I found ‘Koboko Fitness’ on CZcams could not find anyone else that I related to or that makes you hide your self or says hug yourself at the end I just love her affirmations, so yeah that’s who I’ve been this year 2020 through with my 30 year, purchasing her yearly workout list, and I’m almost like a double diamond cocoa powder from almost at the highest thing which is just so cool but I’m like where are the Alicia videos about stretching and stuff I want to see I must know if I was local I love to meet you or if I am getting awkward now I said I totally and I totally hire you, but you’re probably booked up with client
What a fun vid! So many gorgeous looks, and love the pairings with Lisa Eldridge lipsticks . Totally inspired to dust off some of these palettes and play. Also: if Retro were a classic book, it would be “Rebecca” or maybe “Jane Eyre”. I thought the anime (?) comparison was so fun I thought I’d through another one in 🤓
PS I actually love the Zendo midi palette! I feel like that’s the most dogged on ND palette, even more than the “Love.” I wonder if some of the Zendo colors would pair with Retro Glam.
I love my Natasha Denona! I just took them all apart and made my own colour stories yesterday and I’m so excited. My favourite is for sure Retro, then My Dream and Retro Glam then Love.

What I wanted was deep dive and Rhodium in a mini palette. The mustard yellows are very enticing also. Just wasn’t willing to have the whole Bronze palette. Great picks for just 5 palettes. ❤
I’ve only got 2 Natasha Denona midi palettes and they are My Dream Palette & Retro Glam Palette and I love them 🥰 my husband just helped me get some more ND Mini palettes for our 27th wedding anniversary in February 🙏🏽🤗🫶🏽

Bronze, pastel, my dream, gold and circo loco are for sure my favorites. Rarely use glam or zendo. declutered retro and sunrise.

Hi Alicia. Bronze and Lila palettes have been, for me, worth every penny. Bronze for warm tones and Lila for cool. I love pulling both out and mixing and matching with them.

My top five pallets are my dream, retro, glam, bronze, and retro glam. Those are the only 5 midi size ones I have too and I love them all 😊

This was a great ranking and I loved the way you described each palette. The looks are so pretty. I really enjoy ND MIDI palettes. I travel with them all the time. My favorites are My Dream, Glam, Bronze, Retro and Zendo. I really enjoy the Love palette but teach for Zendo more.

Retro used to be my number 2 but it’s been replaced by My Dream, that’s such a beautiful palette but Retro is definitely still a beloved one of mine! There’s just too many good palettes to pick from! 😂
I also love, the Love palette! I know it’s not everyone’s favorite, but one of mine. I have yet to get Its My Dream, and Bronze palettes.

I appreciate that! It was definitely my intention to make these palettes more approachable, and happy to know that my technique was understood in that way.
I’m surprised that Glam’s not in the top 5, but also not surprised too. I love taupes, I love cool colours, I love neutrals and yet… Glam is a bit boring for me :/ I definitely thought I’d love it more but I think I like neutrals with pops of colour. Also, Glam needs more mattes. A good neutral palette should be at least 50% mattes IMO to be versatile.
Love your hair look! Similar to you, I’m loving the My Dream palette. Unpopular opinion, I don’t like the Retro palette… I can’t get my self to even use it. I think I bought into the hype because everyone else loves it. Sigh.

Okay in the midis I love the new retro glam palette and I still have the sunset I love the metropolis palette but that’s not a midi but that mixed with the retro is beautiful
Metropolis I think is one of Natasha’s top palettes in all categories!

I just counted, and I own every Midi palette EXCEPT for Glam. And that's because Glam is just not my color story. I bought the Alter Ego version of it to be sure. And yeah I never reach for that one. I wish she had launched her Circo Loco palette as a Midi because I would totally own it. But ND hasn't launched many full size palettes since I started doing my makeup in 2020. I bought the Trio-Chrome in 2021 during her black-friday sale. And then I bought Metropolis when she restocked it on her website. Other than those two, I don't own any other full size palettes.
