I'm so proud that cebu still holds the top pro rank among all d provinces n the country..as a cebuano...I can forsee...that the way things are going for cebu today...its program.....its progress..d new express link...d new port...and d new transcentral high way....all these would probably make cebu on top of them all in the next decade....and it's best asset is it's very huge working population..we dedicated cebuanos...and most of all d historic and cultural heritage of cebu..together with it's very strategic location being at the center of the county...is it's best advantage.....

Why insist that people from Negros are not Ilonggos? Generally, people from Negros Occidental are belonging to the same ethnic group. Hiligaynon is a language. Ilonggos are people speaking the same language and culture. It was only in the end that we classify them as Negrosanons. But if you are to ask most people from Negros Occidental they classify themselves ethnically as Ilonggos. Their roots are mostly from Iloilo as well.
