That's a fuckin' beautiful baby story. I love it. I sometimes 'spend time' with my future self in meditation. Being in her fierce confident presence after she's already lived through and been strengthened by the struggles I'm currently in gives me comfort. I offer to everyone that our future humanity is right here next to us giving us the support and guidance we need to get to that beautiful future. It is done.

I dig what he says about little faith in humans. Likewise I have my husband, my best friend and my daughter. I try to see the good in others. Unfortunately, people seem so self centered and cold. I still stay positive and create my life!

I appreciate the notion of retrocausality being a sort of soular load balancing through time. My favorite movie, Arrival, was the first film that felt like it had a pulse on "time" as a cloud versus a line... thanks, Mitch, for speaking and writing about time. 🙏🏻

Nothing is "universal". I, as an "animist" am interested in understanding our relationship with "others" in an ecological sense. This is my "style". At the same time, I fully recognize that this point of view is not the only way to view "magik" and what we (one) might accomplish with it. Advertizing and propaganda is also a form of magik. Capitolism, socialism, etc. are varieties of "enchantment". The ine that "wins" is a question of who sings the most compelling song. The rest is a matter of karma and none of us is in a position to know that flux and wave.
Still, i like what is being put foryh here.
May we all get our chance.

    This host is insufferable.
He is far more possessed by grand ideals of collectivism/socialism than the possibilities of Magick.
Like so many in modern “occult circles”, his common dispersive attachments will, and obviously have, prevent him from ever becoming a powerful Magickian.
    A pathetic display.

Magic doesn't come with a political agenda. You can use it however you want.🎉

@@frankcallo6630 Correct, it doesn’t come with one, it can just be completely dismantled by one.

      @@frankcallo6630 Sure.
If the mind and emotions of the Magickian are his most powerful personal tools, it doe not benefit said “Magickian” to willingly give control of these tools to those who’s only power is to manipulate minds and emotions.
Learn their techniques certainly, but never fall for their techniques.
Retain command of your own consciousness, do not fritter it away on common “traps”.
In other words, are you a Magickian or not?

@TheImportantQuestion-cc4ow so your objection is that a "collectivist" mentality is always a net loss to the practitioner? I agree that every "we" represents some loss of the absolute power of the "I". At the same time, there can be a lot of power in the "group working" (a coven or a marriage). I submit that the fetishism of the "sovereignty individual" (which is also a mental construct) can be as much of a trap as the hive mind. It depends on what kind of "work" one wants to do does it not? I'm trying to not make assumptions about your perspective here so forgive me if I seem to do so.
