Summary:
The liver is the most superficial solid organ in the midline upper abdomen and right upper quadrant
The gallbladder is a hypoechoic fluid fill structure with posterior acoustic enhancement
The kidneys have characteristic central echogenic renal sinus fat and a hypoechoic cortex
The spleen in located in the left upper quadrant
