      @rochellaspiras  Před 8 měsíci

      Hi !! Wow Im glad they start hiring na pala kahit wala experience frm Pinas:) Thats good news kasi nung timr namin at least 3 years experience.
      Anyway , kahit may experience pa sa Pinas para parin naman nag umpisa rin kami dito ibang iba kasi ang practice at technology nila.
      Mas madali kau makaka adapt kasi mas hindi kau malilito o maccompare na practice sa pinas.
      May training naman they will not throw you in the ocean without knowing how to swim.
      1month training as class, then traning on ground with preceptor naman.
      The biggest challenge siguro is the language the accent pero you will get used to it naman.
      By the way staff nurse parin po ba kau dito or enrolled nurse ?

    • @rochellaspiras
      @rochellaspiras  Před 8 měsíci

      If you’re a beginner nurse here they will trained you with BCLS, 1month training as in sitting class, they will train you before you can give oral and IV Meds . You will be under Preceptor for 3 months then on probation until your confirmation.

      It pays to wait ng konti sa pinas get the market value mo kesa gagawin ka nila EN iba 5-10 yrs bago maging RN. :) pero ayempre ang EN dito mas malaki parin ang salary compare sa Pinas.:)
