Bicolline 2023 Tuesday Fort Battle: Part 5 Defending

- At Bicolline there are many different types of battles. This is a Fort battle. There are a few different types of fort battles but this one is basically a capture the flags type of battle.
The Fort battles have a defending and an attacking side. There are about 6 bouts so each side has a chance to attack and defend 3 times each. Unfortunately I only have footage of the first 5!
The defending side has multiple Blue Full Size flags placed around the inside of the fort. each one of these flags has a Game Warden that is watching and timing how long the Flags are defended. The attacking side MUST remove the flags from the posts in order to stop the timers. Yes the flag can be surrounded by the enemy but if it is still up it is still giving us time points. Once all the flags are removed then the Game Wardens blow the horns and the bout is over. Then attackers and defenders switch sides and go at it again after a small break!!
This is the final video for the Tuesday Fort Battle. I was feeling very exhausted so I left the battle early. I only missed the final bout!

Thank you for posting all of these battles. I play lots of d&d but haven't ever larped. Bico looks to be the pinnacle of larp world and loads of fun.
Thank you for watching and commenting! I should have more coming out soon. I have never played dnd! But I have been to bico 3 times now and absolutely 100% recommend it as a first "larp". You can do super heavy fighting or just light sparing or non at all and you can find as much or as little roleplay as you want! It has taken me 3 years to finally start really getting into my character and feeling comfortable role-playing! Hope to see you up there one day!

Find it quite interesting on the last confrontation (sixth one) that we got the possibility to breach. Moving our troups from the far left (from inside perspective tho xD), outside in front to flank on the right.
That point out that alot left the battlefield before that last one =/
I wish I had stayed but I was so out of shape this bico I was super exhausted!
wait, do i see attackers in green armor? Is that just a specific style or do you know if that's specific to a guild? understandable if you don't know. I just love the color green, as if you couldn't tell :D
Im sure you dooo! I think in one of the thursday forest battle videos there is a whole line of guys in green armor and shields! Im sure they are a guild but that doesnt mean that you cant wear green clothing or green armor! You can be who you want and look however you want as long as it is medieval in style!
