I have this pedal and I have to say for the price point it’s fab.
Daaamn love the tone of the presets. Which means I'm gonna love the edited tones more. Planning to buy this after I get a guitar.
What patches were you using? I can only manage to either get it to Insane distortion or a really really light Overdrive.. how did you get the overdrive?
These patches are sounding way toooo good... Are you using any external IR, or post processing or post eq or something else?
Or are 100% tones from this and only this G1XFour ?

What good is it to do a comparison of a pedal's sounds when you just change guitars every time?
@@JosephEarly I know sir. I play both. But when each effect is getting played with a different setup it's impossible to hear clearly how the actual effect pedal is changing the signal, especially with things like compressors and distortion.
how are you recording this? will you list signal chain? (wondering why your demo sounds so much better than others with this same unit)

For a clean sound (in a epiphone riviera) g1xon o g1x four? And for worship? I want to get a warm kind of sound, from the p90 of the epiphone
You can use the zoom g1xon or the zoom g1x four, they sound worship is you know how to make them sound good, as for me is better de g1x four because you can use 5 effects and the drums meanwhile in the zoom g1xon the drums are an effect.
Conclusion: in zoom g1xon you only can use 5 only 5 (example: amp:delay:reverb:overdrive:drums)
In the g1x four you can use 7 effect(5 pedals) example: drums:amp:cabinet:delay:mod:reverb:looper

don’t believe single coil pickups in first guitar can produce that much distortion!! awesome
If you look closely, the bridge and neck pickup are Single Coil sized of Humbucker. I think it's a Seymour Duncan JB Jr. So it's a H-S-H guitar.
That neck pickup is definitely a hunbucker at least. you can see two rows
Does the expression pedal work as a midi controller when plugged to pc?
No, it has options as volume, wah, output, reverb, delay and vibe

go for the nux mg300, i feel the zoom g1 four isn't very good for hi gain patches, there is a lot of high frequency feedback

What are the pedals that you have used for each patch
I think the idea is you buy the patches the worked on to sell. Idk if they’d want to give it away for free and try to also sell them...

What you hear is what you get.
Is it better than mooer ge100?
Yes. Some Ge100 units have the tendency to have latency when switching patches.

I was in the same situation, bro. Just update your g1x four and download the Zoom Lab, then download the BOSS METALZONE Distortion to the pedal, you'll get a good metal tone. I guarantee you!!

I don’t think it’s ilegal. They’re selling you what most of us can’t do with this unit which is to get great tones.
I would’ve loved these patches for free but I don’t blame them for finding a business opportunity out of this. It’s actually clever.

If you have an expensive AmP and Cabinet then anything goes through it will sound like a tasty butter, so don’t just get mesmerised looking at only the guitar and processor unit.....looking at holistic view of this video we all jump and buy the product and gets confused ohh man why I’m not sounding the same like I hear in this video or wow is that beautiful guitar that’s making this sound ?.....No not at all, they just record the guitar and use multiple layer for left and right channel and finally the sound engineer adds the magic using stereo plugins and it goes through master and mix and this is the final output that makes us surprised. If you buy the patch from them then also you won’t sound the same .... it’s sad right ????
The only reason is these kind of demonstration just focus on promoting the pedals and very less channel shows exactly the setting they use while playing any lick. And sadly nothing is free of cost in today’s world 😊.
