BOB PROCTOR GOAL CARD: How To Easily & Quickly Create An Effective Goal Card Example Pdf

The Bob Proctor goal card was the key to his success. He found the secret in Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill and began immediately to apply it.
Bob Proctor wrote down his goal on a business card and began the process of reviewing it multiple times each day. He had a simple ritual of every time that he stopped at a light he would pull out his goal card and read it out loud. He listened to a recording of Think and Grow Rich in his car - - as he was out and about making sales calls.
It was this kind of discipline and use of AUTOSUGGESTION that enabled Bob Proctor to take control of his thoughts by focusing on his goal card daily!

Step-by-Step instructions to Make Your Goal Card
1. Take four 3×5 cards, set them aside
2. Read over the above Think and Grow Rich excerpt
3. On a piece of scratch paper, work out the following details;
a. Choose are an area of your life that you would like to improve and specifically identify your goal
b. Craft the details of the service, product, time, or action you will deliver in exchange for meeting your goal
c. Establish a date that you want to meet your goal
d. Write the steps you will consistently take to meet the goal
4. When you are pleased with the wording, hand-write your goal on a 3×5 card and then rewrite it on each card; you now have four cards to place around your home, your office, and one to carry with you
5. Laminate or contact paper the card
6. Place one card on your nightstand, one in your bathroom, one in your office space, and carry one with you at all times
7. Read the card as soon as you wake-up, several times during the day, and again before you go to sleep
8. Commit to this action for a minimum of 90 days
9. Be open to revising the content, as you are inspired
