I had to have my service dog put down today. He was just shy of his 14th bday. We listened to this music all the time & I am disgusted with myself that I didn’t think to play it for him as he left this cruel world. I played it for him all night tho & I know it brought both of us comfort. Thank you for this music. RIP Jackson. I love you. I miss you. You will live in my heart until I join you. My son has been using this since he was 3 year old to go to sleep. He is now 7 and still loves to go to sleep to this. We are in Cleveland Ohio. She says Mommy I want to listen to the tree lady song. He is autistic with ADHD due to childhood traumatic trauma well in foster care. This music helps to alleviate his anxiety and stress along with his night terrors
I found out I’m autistic from my 3 year old, and this music I feel the same way about. It took 🍄 to see what I never knew was there

I'm 55 and I've been in many situations where the chances of me waking up the next morning were slim to none and yet somehow, I'm still alive and kicking. There is one thing that I've found true during my years and especially after surviving one of those situations, (many of which I caused to come about) is that, "As long as you have a tomorrow, there will always be a chance that your life will improve, that things will get better; so no matter how bleak, dark, and cold it gets... Never, Ever do anything to jeopardize your tomorrow because once you lose that, you really have lost everything". Take Care and Sleep Well when it finds you.
I’m 68, dysthymic. My self-talk when I get to those moments (you know) is “this too shall pass”. It helps me hang on till the clouds lift.

It’s 3:44 am and my son wouldn’t fall asleep. He kept on crying and grabbing for me. Every time I’d hold him he’d fall asleep but every time I placed him in his crib he’d wake up and begin sobbing. I began playing this maybe 5 minutes ago and he’s now asleep. I’m now sitting by his crib crying reading all the well wishing comments and sad stories. I deeply miss my dad who died of cancer on September 7th and my 9 year old puppy who died of hemangiosarcoma on July 23rd just 2 days before his 10th birthday. I’m going to play this as I fall asleep and I hope I’ll dream of them. Thank you for reading this and caring. Thank you to the creator of this video for making such moving music.

my husband, Patrick, laid fitful in his death bed for 6 days, meds would not calm him. I found this and played it softly for him. He immediately grew calmer and the next day slipped into a deep sleep. Though he was never a religious man, called out to God many times that next day. And finally journeyed on the next. All the while this music played non stop. I am so thankful God helped me find you for Patrick. I play it now and then for an hour or two. It is bittersweet for me. KC

USA. I’m in a massage therapy class and when we practice the instructor puts on relaxing music to set the mood. One day she put this on and it was immediately my favorite! It goes places with emotions, it’s ethereal and (as the title says) mysterious. But even without the imagery in the video I still see in my mind, a dark, dense and lush forest. Untouched by humans. I feel like every cell in my body can take a deep relaxing breath when I hear this. I hear nature but I also hear earth magic.

I was recently diagnosed with somatic symptom disorder, meaning I can't actually tell whether I'm stressed out, but it will affect my body. I have been dealing with high levels of stress that I've been unaware of; I only became aware when I noticed my heartrate was consistently above 100 and would not go down. My therapist recommended listening to music throughout my day to adjust my body's natural rhythm to the music. After listening to this for a while my heartrate finally dropped to 83 bpm; I will definitely be using music like this in the future to keep my stress levels lower and my body healthy.

This music has a way of soothing the soul. Back in June of 2018 when I was cut off cold turkey of benzodiazapines, anxiety meds, prescribed for almost 20 years, when I was bedridden for a year, with extreme anxiety and terror along with physical issues, I came across this music, and it immediately helped me. I was able to relax, and felt such peace. Thanks for this ♥️🌷🌈 Whatever you are going through, Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ, it's going to be okay, God will carry you through it....♥️🙏♥️
I went through a similar experience. They assured me I’d be fine because I never abused them. I locked myself in my bedroom for 3 months. 8 months later and I’m still not back to normal. Sending you strength, love, peace and understanding.

If you are someone who dabbles with psychedelics, I highly recommend listening to this during a trip. I had the most awe inspiring inner journey while listening to this music. @@christinamitrovich7554 so much more as happened since I’ve lost my mum to Covid and the depression is so hard I don’t feel strong enough to continue I just want be with my mom and dad, I can’t get her face out my head and how her poor body had gone into shock x

I’m a teacher and I play this every day at nap time for my students and I even play this to go to sleep it’s so relaxing. I found this the week I found out someone very close to me passed away and every time I listen to it when I’m sad and missing him it makes me feel peace while I’m longing for him. This is beyond amazing I can never get tired of this. Any time my co-teacher puts on different music I always change it back to this.
