Ever since I lost my father almost 31 years ago, I haven't been able to listen to this song because it was his favorite. It has literally brought me to tears every time. This one makes me cry as well but it is somehow different. I don't know how to put it into words, I just know it gives me the chills and makes me cry and makes me happy all at the same time. I also know that my father would have absolutely LOVED this! Thank you for all you do and have done for this country!

My children's father (my ex) passed this April 1 (2024) from a very bad cancerous brain tumor. Took him approx 6 weeks from diagnosis to death. He served in Vietnam - they had him cremated and only had a small memorial in Wisconsin for family and friends. Our two sons had passed in 1999 from same wreck. Our daughter was able to be there during those weeks for him and his wife. He served in communications. I would love for this to have been played for him. There is an older gentleman, my best friend's husband who is in 80's and he loves Amazing Grance. I am going to take my computer to his house and play it for him. I think he will love it. Thank you for your patriotism and strength. God Bless you, God Bless America, God Bless Israel!!

Those of us that grew up in a family where we made Church every Sunday, we will appreciate this. I would love to see a remake of " OLD RUGGED CROSS" It was always one of my favorites for the Hymns.

No one has ever performed it with such conviction and emotion as you, Dave. Thank you for this gift.
