How does one become courageous in discerning vocation?

The more we are close to Him, the more He will let us know our vocation, and He'll give us signs. Pray for him to open up the right doors and shut the wrong ones. This clip is taken from a large podcast, where I talk about 3 False Beliefs About Sainthood.

What about annulment. Years later it is declared the married never existed! How is that the right choice when initially I was discerning religious life/priesthood?
So I chose one path as stated, the wrong path and it was abusive and almost destroyed me. Uhm... ya
Seems like the better choice would have been the correct path in the first place, versus, turning around at the dead end later.
Who needs Google Maps, just trial and error down all the dead ends first. Lol. Wow
