[From Concept To Creation] Learn Visual Storytelling With AI (ChatGPT, DALL-E, ElevenLabs & CapCut)

- Last time when I got lost in the CZcams rabbit holes mindlessly browsing, I stumbled across these interesting visual stories that range from children’s stories to inspirational stories. I realized that they were all crafted with AI tools. Some of them even had millions of views. These channels easily make over $10,000 per month with that many views. It was mind-blowing!
Seeing these videos got me thinking - could I create something similar or maybe even better using the AI tools I know? So, I gave it a try. And I am happy to report, they are easily doable with the AI tools available to us nowadays.
So, today I am going to show you the entire process of creating an educational and entertaining visual children’s story from Start to Finish using several AI tools at our disposal. And, you can take the ride along with me.
Specifically, we are going to use ChatGPT to help brainstorm and create the story and script. We then use DALL-E (via ChatGPT) to create compelling visual images for each of the scenes identified by ChatGPT. After that, we head to ElevenLabs to create captivating VoiceOver audio to narrate the story. We finish up by putting the final video together in CapCut desktop, adding video effects, sound effects, transitions, animations, titles, captions, and background music (using the CZcams audio library).

Do you need plus
I personally use ChatGPT plus. If you don't want to pay for the Plus, you can try microsoft co-pliot, which is free and uses ChatGPT 4 & DALL-E 3. Link here: copilot.microsoft.com/

These prompts were generated by ChatGPT for DALL-E based on the script. As you can see, they are very descriptive. All done by AI because it understood the context of the prior conversation to create the script and scenes. I am showing you the prompts for the first 5 scenes below. Hope this helps.

All great but how can you make consistent characters? I don't like the characters being all different in every scene
I am trying my best on my channel. It is extremely difficult.
Finally we can get great content from people who know how to write stories and with consistent characters... (sarcasm off)... we already have so many bullshit TV shows and movies that are just stupid, bad (or worse!) or somewhat "okay" but pushed to the brink with ideologies... and only ones in a while you get to see something that's really worth being watched. So while it will be nice to give people the ability to tell their own stories, make their own comics, shows, etc. ... there is so much trash already in production... it'll be even more bad content. As already is the case on youtube as every wannabe influencer tries to jump on the hype train. How much CO2 did you produce by talking for hours to chatgpt? Anybody things about how much energy is being wasted here? nope probably not. So creating bad to mediocre content isn't even the worst part of it... but well let's all just hope we'll soon find renewable clean energy sources that solve at least that problem...

What about the consistency?
As I mentioned in the video, it is important to ask ChatGPT to create character profiles for each of the main characters with age, gender, ethnicity, physical attributes, clothing, and most importantly, some unique personal features to help distinguish them. I find that once ChatGPT creates the character profiles, it is much better at creating consistent characters. From time to time, DALL-E may still mess up. We just need to remind ChatGPT to include the character profile description in its prompts to DALL-E. That's just how the AI tech works at this moment. I am sure it will improve over time.

Editing using CapCut is free. CapCut now also includes voice generator as well with many voices. Quality is decent. Check it out.

Following this step by step! its awesome, except i cant get my characters to stay the same throughout the scenes! one scene the horse is white, one scene the horse is brown!
That happens from time to time. That's why I asked ChatGPT to create the character profile to ensure certain key attributes of a character to be included in the prompt for DALL-E. Even with that, AI can still mess up. We will have to ask it to regenerate a new image with the right color in your case. It is not perfect but still much better than others.

Other than paying the ChatGPT plus for DALL-E, not much. CapCut editing is what makes it looks awesome. But you do need to spend TIME to do the editing.

@nobody_7580 That's one of the special effects that comes with CapCut. In CapCut, navigate to "Effects" for video effects. Under the "Nature" category, you can find special effects like falling blossom, falling snow, rain, etc. You can also google for green screen video with falling blossom/pedals. But the CapCut special effect is the easiest since it is built-in with the app. Hope this helps.
