At the beginning of Hamlet the nettles had to be CONSTANTLY WET to reach full maturity or else it reset back to stage one, yes if they became dry after being in stage four they still reset. I'm happy they made it cumulative time.

i shovel mine up while looking for the entrances to the other islands. you can get from 10 to 20 just in the first island alone. you can have most stuff done by day 11

How goes that Nightmare Fuel Guide Beard? Just wondering :) Also Beard I've got another Question for ya, I understand that you've made guides on Fighting the Bee Queen Before, however those 2 guides have been on Wicker's Specific traits, and the other one on Bunny men, (which i happen to be playing as Webber or Wartox for 90% of my games). Is it possible you could make a short guide on a Method or two for dealing with her that all Characters can Utilize?

Meated nettles recipe on the wiki must be wrong - whenever i try to make some, it always turns out in meatballs. Supposedly it requires 2 nettles (check), at least value of 1 meat (check), and filler (cant be twigs). Results in meatballs every single time. EDIT: disregard this. Havent read carefully and its in the beta update. RIP GOG users.
@@TheBeard777 you can avoid that issue. Almost all world gens have some lamps off to the edges of the town. And you can pick out on at least 4 being not near the guards. And even if you do knock them down with a guard next to you that will de-agro from you after a while. The biggest issue is being on BFB island by day 2 and having at least the executive hammer and let to the city by day 4.

fastest way to get iron is you use executive hammer and knock down a couple street lamps.
That is if you don't mind pissing off the town, we'll avoid that option for now!
