This song is about being alone, but that loneliness is also turbulent in it's own ways too.
You feel like you're losing yourself due to lack of contact with people, having no no one to talk to in real life as those who want to help you are too far away.
You despise this feelings of loneliness. It makes you feel like no one cares about you along with a feel that nothing will ever change despite trying to seek new friendships as you've been living in the loner life for to long even if you know how harmful it has been to you.
