@ourexoduslife that makes me smile like crazy. I am vegan and I struggle so much my food choices living in Idaho.
@lucianjj I don't think you'll have a problem here at all. In San Miguel there are always vegan options on menus plus produce is plentiful. I'm sure most of Mexico is the same.
Just bring your nutritional Yeast (if you use it) bc it can be expensive in store.
