With the kambocha, my mom would do a mix of glutinous rice and some kind of protein and put it into the kambocha after getting the seeds out and steaming it. One of my favorite dishes â€

Every weekend I wake up to see the annika has posted and I just makes me so happy, Iâll literally get my iPad, a snack, water etc and just sit there so excited to watch it so ty for making my weekends it means so much :]

Quick tip ,use your egg slicer for mushrooms...I make alot of mushroom dishes and its been a lifesaver.
Oh and I used it for strawberries when I was making jam...I did a flat of berries in 20 minutes....washing, hulling, slicing.
