I would love to know actual things I could do... But stopping testosterone shots (slightly low t but then the body stops doing the job itself anymore lol) led me to an unbelievable level of empathy where I couldn't stop tearing up at any sad or tragic story... Even getting shots back, the empathy remained.
Feeling empathy so deeply is blissful sometimes. After lifelong depression it's a nice change.
I've always had some degree of empathy and compassion even at my worst... But I did the reverse of many cuz I got less jaded as I got older lol

That's how it feels for me too.
I believe we are all connected, and everything we feel ripples throughout us all. No matter how bad it is and all that happens I’ve always believed there is hope. Hope for the better hope for the change I can’t imagine how it will be done, but I know change starts with everyone person. Love for each one of us ripples across their earth, and it is felt. I pray This Shift is done with peace and love.
Throughout the 25 minute video I felt an uplifting, and a trust in the possibility of true change within myself. Toward the end a felt a wave of fear, then followed by a wave of hope. I think it's important to accept completely each feeling that comes along, each affirmation, each thing that looks like it's "wrong" or scary, each wave of compassion.

I think that I should try being hypnotized. I find when I listen to some of these videos I can actually feel lost or just very relaxed which is hard to do with ADHD and in pain all the time.

All I've ever wanted in my life was/is this. I'm a guy whatever that means, but I don't have any fear or she telling you all I was in tears after this.... Not the first time. My little PMV survivor pigeon buddy Bugz was beside me making me smile while my tears fell.

I’ve always felt that there is way way way more to our journey than this one life time here incarnated in our bodies. I’ve been a long time member of AA which has given me the platform to be open to all of this.. this meaning everything in the divine. But we know that thru pain we grow and loosing my son 5 years ago pushed me further into this journey and I’m just loving it. Don’t think it’s been easy, the trauma of loosing a child put me in my own self imposed prison. Called my bed and hiding from life. Anyway, I first heard a Delores Canon video here on utube where she explains what happens to your soul when you die… and I always knew about the silver cord etc but she shared sooooo much more about the heavens and just so much and I just was in shock and tears mesmerized that I finally was hearing the TRUTH. And that all of this ego stuff, and the lies we’ve been told or just belief systems that never FELT right. Uhm, anyway, I have known that this change has been coming because another person named Emmett Fox predicted it in one of his many books. Very much along the Edgar Casey thinking etc.

I cannot agree more about the change humanity is to manifest. It has to do with a complete collapse of knowledge based systems and more importantly values. What we will witness is the emergence of universal values based on what is real. That reality is a unified block of being. That there is no separation. My sisters recordings suggest it’s an entirely new 5th dimensional planet, not an alternative version of what we have. And it will sift through us as it passes, collecting the beings that have chosen to shift. The earth isn’t splitting. It’s dying and the new planet or plane will consume the soul of the planet including those who align with it. It’s been in the works for millions of our years and at that time (2013) it was near completion. What that means I don’t kno, my sister stopped going to sessions, wanted a “normal” life. I HAD A VISION....10:30am, Just got done cleaning, put in a load of laundry, Come out to living room, sit in recliner and i grab remote ready to watch tv, When all of sudden,a disembodied voice from right side says "SLEEP!" i say, "sleep? im about to watch something good" 🤷♀️ lol And voice above my right side says to me, "SLEEP NOOOOOOOW"(now) and when his breath of "nooooow" hit my face, my head fell to the left and i was OUT! Im in Vision now: Im sitting in the same spot but My sister is visiting with me, and i notice my Mickey mouse phone began to break up into tiny particals/Molecules from his ear, they went up and what looked like little burnt peices of paper then gone! I begin to look around at everything doing the same, in slow motion! the floor is gone and theres this glowing golden fire color, bright Golden wind coming from center of earth, a Golden love vibe, but the golden wind so strong from core, its as if magnetic field is no longer holding, THEN Voice says to me in vision Now "Pay Attention!" And thats when i noticed my sister freaking out looking at her legs trying to stand! Horrified that her legs were doing the same as everythings else, Its at that instant i knew my mission, then i put my hand out at her ✋️ 🫸 and say, "STOP, do not fear, take this all in, for we are no longer slaves in this world ,we are done with this slave life," and she instantly calms down, and i sit back in my chair and i begin to see my legs doing the same, no pain of feeling of any sort to my legs, and im happy as can be watching! I have been on this journey since I was a child I am now in my late 60s and still feel as young and vibrant as I did in my earlier years. I feel a lot of that energy is due to, my work on myself, uncovering the shadows and staying in the light with compassion and kindness. However, I think sometimes all of us question whether or not we’re doing everything we require to do to be ready for the shift. How do you know you truly are ready.
