Katrina should explore older songs, especially soul/R&B songs from the past. They have more depth and are more complex than the lightweight R&B of today.

Kat is soooooo damn amazing.. super effortless.. I just wish she connects more with the song. She needs to work on her emotions and connection with the song and her audience so that so it won't just be all about belting and hitting the highest notes. She is flawless but lacks the connection - that is all. Take for example Dimash and the TNT Boys.. Dimash is so good with the high notes but he doesn't have the emotional connection with the song, therefore, the audience cannot connect with him, plus he becomes too predictable nowadays - you can immediately expect that "OK, HE IS GONNA BELT AGAIN." But the TNT Boys - aside from their perfect harmonies, they give you different flavors.. they give u the FEELS & THE CHILLS. Even if they don't hit the highest notes - YOU ARE ALWAYS SURPRISED... and they let you relax, enjoy and travel with them on their journey. Just like Moira or KZ. They don't belt but the EMOTIONS - damn.. I hope Kat works on that because singing is not just about hitting a high note.. it's about connection. Nevertheless- SHE IS FREAKING AMAZING. I do hope Kat gets the big break she deserves. 🤗❤
