Nice side dish. Capsicums are indeed healthy.
However, capsicums are best when cooked without adding water. After frying for a couple of minutes, lower the flame, cover and cook without adding any water. It will be nicely steamed. You can spice it up as you like after that. Colour will remain bright. Slight crunch will make it tastier.
