S. Thomas' College Mt.Lavinia clinched the all island schools U20 sevens tournament 2016. Thomians won this title after 22 years as they last won in 1994. Full time score Isipathana 14 - 19 S. Thomas'

I was under U-17 in 1994 and played one time as winger in the 1994 team at practice . The 1994 team Was Shehan Perera, Nilhan Wijaygoonawardene,, Jehan Wijyaratne, Nilan Abeynaikye, Jehan Unatenne, Ajantha cooray, Nirmal Algama, Dilshan Wickreasinghe ( Mahinda Rajapakse's nephew ) Gerald Munaweera and Ama Ranasinghe. with -if my memory serves me right - Wijay Mendis -my buddy in the cross country race as a reserve. Fucking " Harraka " was also in the 1995 roy-tho as the left fast bowler
Proud to have played with this bunch. Shehan Perera and his brother Thushan were childhood friends. Algy, una and crooray were awesome.
